Our youngest class is for preschoolers ages 3 to 5. Children in this age group are still in the developmental stage of their life, which is why we focus on only the basics of martial arts and strongly incorporate important values like self-control, focus, confidence, teamwork, and manners through fun games and activities.

Basic Classes

Children ages 5 and above are welcome to participate in our basic Kids Martial Arts classes. These classes also focus on character building and leadership skills while also including interactive and engaging drills that enhance the skills of each student.

Our Teen curriculum develops the strength, flexibility and cardiovascular ability of our students through more advanced training. This class is the perfect balance of structure and fun!
